In an alternate universe RPG plotline of mine and Sage's the SWAT Kats end up with the ability to change from matter to energy at will. Hence the glowing eyes. Chance is one ticked "CyberKat." I am very pleased with my background here. The drawn part is three years old... Methinks it salvaged nicely.
