As the title suggests, this is Scott's Dragon Hybrid form, a concept I borrowed from Capcom's Breath of Fire IV. These powerful creatures can generate incredible amounts of energy and focus it to create wings that sprout from their back. The energy comes from small receptacles right above their shoulder blades, and to protect these delicate instruments, they have "flaps" that cover the receptacles when they're not in use. This one has the wings fully extended.
