Orcha
Orcha by @becca (Sykotic Orka)

I was going through some old cetacean artwork downloaded off the 'net and I came across the Carta Marina, dating back to the 14th century. It was a map showing the Nordic countries and sections had cetaceans in which they were portrayed as fish like beasts with tusks and cat-like forelimbs and located near Thule was a "Balena" and an "Orcha" (and another cetacen, probably a dolphin,) distinctive with its tall pointed fin. I'm not sure what the tail looked like because only its upper body was above the water, so it's based on the Balena's tail.

The image I based it off can be found at http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orca and http://bell.lib.umn.edu/map/OLAUS/TOUR/indext.html, in which the map is broken into several pieces (Orcha on map D)
