Looks like Golgo 13 by @ryusuke (William Ruzicka)

I had drawn this in my math class last semester. I was TRYING to draw this one guy, but it came out looking more like Golgo 13. I later used it as my third test with limited pallettes. I chose yellow and purple this time. And I'm hoping no one thinks the yellow is some racial thing, cuz it ain't. o.o
