HOORAY! Today was Daphne's birthday! I created her in the winter of 1998 but didn't designate a birthday for her till last year. Daphne was born of parents Maya and Hunter in the jungles of Brazil on August 9th.

Today (if she were having a birthday in the comics) she's 15! Actually it's only been about 4 years since I created her. But YAY!

She's been the inspiration for many pictures, stories, and other characters. She is a living reminder to me of how amazing things are possible. She makes me feel better. :D

I love you baby, happy birthday ^.~
