This really wasn't based off of the comic book. I just was randomly doodling Power Puffs and got an ADORABLE Buttercup in a cloak.

I colored it with pens and softened and smoothed it out in photoshop adding some depth and shine. The background was also photoshop done...SHE'S SO CUTE! AWWWWWW! ^.~ Artwork © Copyright 2002 Rachel Johnston
