This is Charlie Weasley as a little kid getting a pet dragon. The title on the art piece is the Hogwarts motto: Never Tickle a Sleeping Dragon. Hehe, guess Charlie is learning that piece of sage advice the hard way. Came up with it at 6 in the morning and it is dedicated to my friend Bobby.
