Altios
Altios by @kimbsams (Kimberly Samson)

Another one of my few colored pencil works, this here be Altios. I can't remember if I already have a picture of her up, but just in case I don't heres some back history.

Maq#031 used a forbidden spell once, which called upon the aid of a demon. The demon, Mordja, merged with Maq, and together they became Altios. However, Maq managed to escape from Mordja, and resumed her original form. Unfortunatly, Altios didn't vanish with Mordja. Altios had become a seperate being from the three of them, although she was still tied to Maq and could not escape. Maq ended up having to have a confrontaition with her 'shadow', and it ended with Maq forcing Altios under her control. The spirit of Altios was banished, but her power and body remained, and Maq could call upon that power and transform into the demon girl. Cool, huh?

This is how Altios looks after Maq banished the original spirit and merged with it. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Kimberly Samson
