Meet Tootsie! by @rachjohn (Rachel Johnston)

This is my loveable little college chica, Tootsie. She's a bouncy blonde that makes it to college and really, really, REALLY wants to be a good student. Tootsie tries to study hard but mostly ends up falling asleep or doing something silly/ditzy.

Tootsie is my little college mascot and she's always reminding me to do well in college. Thanks Tootsie! ^.~
