Whilst at Abby's house one night we got on to a discussion of her characters from her comic series and then she mentioned about how some people had already drawn some of her characters. One character in particular she wanted to see drawn again was the gentle, feeble yet-dangerously powerful Lazul. So I nicked one of her pens and began doodling him away. For a while I tried to think of a pose that would be typical of him, then I thought of his aspirations as a budding priest and considering his nature I drew him in the position of the universally-known 'bookworm'. Complete with teeny spectacles teetering over his nose. Why he's reading practical voodoo being a budding egyptian priest? I don't know, but if you can catch the uncanny likeness in the doll which represents another of her NF characters you may see the hidden message.. ;) Heheh ain't I evil?
Man, this post wasn't meant to be long. But this pic took a while to do over my studies. I could rant, but I won't. And thanks to Abby's layers tutorial the process of making this picture was a lot more easier to make it look clean. This is for you anyway Abby! The full coloured version.

I drew this before the other version of her (the one with the gun) whilst in my uni room. I was bored and well, I just gave her another rough sketch. My good friend, Abby scanned this as well as all my other recent pictures (thanks Abby) so now I finally can get them all up! Hurray!
I was going to shade her, but then I got lazy, plus my back was aching and all. I rated this a T-D because well, she just doesn't know when to kick the habit.

Ahh, another Crash B fan fiction poster that was done long ago along with my previous picture. The story is based on a fan fiction I've been working on for aaaaaage and still need to finish! 'Speed Trap', in which my character Danni and my good friend Cherie F's character Speedra are embroiled in a race to determine who's the fastest anthro on the island. Poor Danni. What she doesn't know is that the race is in fact a trick for Cortex to snare her and take away her natural power by means of using a special destructive machine he hopes to unleash on the main land. They say, pride comes before a fall. Will Danni learn the hard way and have that pride from her crushed? Or will Crash and co be there to stop her before she makes the fatal mistake?

After doodling and scanning this pic as well as doing the same many other art trades I've promised for other fellow TLK artists, being setback by many many many months because of university, my social life etc. Well I've finally finished ONE of them. It's been the first trade picture I've done in a while (besides the surprise sketch I did for Lioness Bandicoot) and I'm planning on spiffing up all my art trades this way. Well, this one is for Starlioness, of herself ready to settle herself for a good night's bit of kip in the african moonlight. This picture, well the background took me quite a log time but I'm pretty happy the way it turned out. I tried to get that 'moonshine' effect on her skin by lightening the top outline of her body and head if you can notice it. Plus the moon and stars were defenitly a nice touch. I'm also quite honoured to have done a trade for Starlioness, (she apparently gets loads of art trades from a lot of good artists out there, and when she asked me to do one for her I went: Yay!). I hope ya dig it Starlioness, and thanks for asking me.

Phew! This wasn't meant to be long so I'm sorry if I bored yas all, but I also wanted to take this oppertunity to thank all the other artists/ art lovers out there who over the recent years have supported me with my drawings, if only giving me the odd comment now and then. You may not think it about little old me, but I really have appreciated every single comment from everyone out here. I don't get to post many of my pictures up here due to my time-consuming course but believe me, when I do, it feels great.

I did this picture ages ago to accompany my TLK story in progress: 'Kesi's Plight'. I only just got back from class when I remembered this picture as 'the one that got away from being in any of my archives at all'. So I got in my room, turned on the comp, uploaded this old piccy, deleted a few stars and made a bigger one right in the middle which I affectionatly call: Nesha's star.
You see, in my fanfiction to the Lion King kingdom which I have been planning since 1996 has probably been the only real fic I've worked on, done drawings for, and given Kesi and her world a bit more backbone then the rest of my stories. Theres also my Crash Bandicoot series which I worked on for a while and still needs to be finished but I go on.
The story starts from the end of the first TLK film and introduces us to a clan of troubled siberian tigers on the other side of the world. Captured, caged and put aboard a ship waiting to sail from Russia and around other countries (picking up other animals along the way) until despatching the whole menagerie in England (Longleat Zoo).Well, after a major blunder and an illtimed seige from a pack of hunters (led by the nefarious Ben Quintin) the white tigress called Nesha, her family of siberians, and another whole clan of sumutran tigers (from india) miraculously escape and head off into the un-known. As this happens, Quintin and his crew take hostage a young man from the ship known simply as Tomas. This young man is passionate about the animals on his ship, and with the tigers being his favourite (especially Nesha) this makes him a valuable asset to Quintin in his mission to track down Nesha...
The beginning of Nesha's journey is still being planned. But it shouldn't be easy. She and her clan don't know where they really are, they are unaware of the harsh hot climate opposite of the snowy tundra which they were born to. It takes a while for them to settle but the story's goes on to explain both the siberian and sumutran clan's survival, their differences and temperments with each other, Nesha's romance with a sumutran tiger amidst the heated tension growing between both clans, and then the unfortunate splitting of the two groups as Quentin comes hot on their trail.
Gawd I've made this real long and I haven't even mentioned 'Kesi' yet. Well it seems that after the Siberian clan also sadly gets cut up into two seperate groups as well, it's around this time Kesi is born. By this time Nesha's responsibilty in finding a permanent haven away from the humans for her family and newborn have become serious. And Kesi soon starts to learn that moving from place to place is by means of survival unlike of what her anscestors used to do.
Later on (and because this is getting way too long) and by such sad events, Nesha, her daughter and her family are ambushed in the night (thanks to Kesi wandering off chasing fireflies) by Quintin...
Kesi loses her mother that night...Days go by, her attitude towards survival begins to change, and she abandons her own clan...
I could go on cause Simba, his pride, Rafiki and Timon and Pumbaa play a major big part in this as well. But I hear you snoring which stops me from doing so. Anyways, this picture is based on a scene of an adult Kesi looking up at a very special star with which she and her mum chose as their own. ^^ (Yes, it appears stargazing is a very special thing)
I was gonna just write that down, but considering this whole lot took me a long while to type and I felt like gassing...I won't. So there! Nyah!

Wouldn't you believe it? I'm still doing TLK doodles. Actually this picture is still work in progress and a banner created for a member of the KiarasSahifa ezboard. I wanted to put up what I've done so far to show that I haven't forgotten KovuKiara's earlier request. Time at university has slightly hindered my progression in doing requests lately. But KovuKiara, I hope this is up to what you were expecting. Stay tooned. ;)

This is the third, yep. Told you there'd be more. This is based on the next scenes of the first meeting between Sarnie and Danni. And lemme say it doesn't start too well. Sarnie is a powerstone holder (which is inside her body) her power being that she can morph into any animal of the world. She's an old friend of Crash and Coco's and so to get to their house quicker, she decides to 'fly' there in Hawk form. From the opposite side, taking her usual speedy morning run however, is Danni (and as you may not know has the incredible natural ability of speediness) and the two collide into each other. Insults and blame are thrown...Sarnie doesn't really like Dogs anyway, and Danni's a little surprised why, and how a hawk can talk. I really wanna finish the rest of this story when I get more time. ^^ Sorry it's taken so long.

Any comments on this work? Um, yes. I'm really not happy at how etchy sketchie and roughed up it all looks. Especially on the trees, back then I wasn't so confident in backgrounds O.o. But it's a sketch and work in progress (or rather when I feel like updating it ;)) and it was fun to doodle. Yes, drawing is fun fun fun!

Danni's right arm appears to be missing but she's hiding it behind her back. Ha hah! fooled ya there. Love Sarnie's hawky expressions tho'.
