bri'linyon is part of Tarolin's past
he's the elder brother of Bri'layn (who is Tarolin's old lover)
Bri'linyon was very displeased with his younger brother's lifestyle because he believes that Bri'layn should have focused more on the magics/enchantments for the good of the family. He truly don't care about the preferences but he finds vices just a form of distraction from true purpose in life. Though he has an unusual attachment towards his younger brother...
He still seeks out Tarolin, who had caused Bri'layn's death.
He carries his brother's skull with him at all times (sometimes he puts it in his manpurse as well). Just in case he does find Tarolin.... he'll make good use of that skull.....
