Lupin...just chilling... with a big head.
Lupin...just chilling... with a big head. by @magsby (Maggie Bradshaw)

yeah..his head is way too big..hopefully coloring it evend things out..but it still bugs me. Anyway, it's sopposed to be kind of like the sirius pic..and ill do one of james and peter (wow1 it will be my first pic of peter!!) his legs looks terrible..but i based his shoes off some i saw in switzerland that i reall liked...so..thats that.

and i dont know exactly if hes soppsoed to be in gryffindor ( i dont remeber it syaing in the book, i guess its just usualy assumed. but this other WONDERFUL artist, nasubiona, drew him as a ravenclaw..and i really think thats more fitting for him! he alwasy seems to be the down to earth one, so i made him ravenclaw here :-) Artwork © Copyright 2002 Maggie Bradshaw

Maggie: Can you stop critizing your work? The head looks great, kind of like he's leaning forward to study your soul, and the legs look fantastatic ( I think I just made up a new word). I have that feeling in my stomach again that I will jump up and do the chicken dance all around my room. This is SAD. TTFN (too bad for you)!

Me again! I decided to ask if there would be a Lily image kind of like this (you know how much I would like to put together Tom/Lily or Tom/Ginny). Or a new generation thingy with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco, Ginny, etc. Lalalala! I am really hyper. I just ate five or so cookies. I should stop eating cookies. They're REALLY fatty and buttery too. Maybe that's why I like 'em! Dunno. Snort, snort! I should really go now.

Oyoy! This is the perfect Remus! I can absolutely imagine him in Ravenclaw (although I think he was a Gryffindor. ). The head does NOT look too big, even if artistically it might me. I always love your shoes and pants, too ^__^ My guilty pleasure!

You colored, scanned, then inked, right? I'm so confused! It looks great! I can't help but have sympathy for the child of a cursed life. :\

I think this was a great picture but the only problem is that Remus was a Gryffindor, all the Marauders were. Other than that great pic!

Posted: Wednesday, 10 July, 2002 @ 09:35 PM

ummmmm yeah great picture but its a given that the 4 marauders were all gryffindor or else they wouldnt have had so much time together....its rare to have friends in diff houses unless you met b4 school... and also he does say 'lets toast to a gryffindor victory'over a butterbeer after a boggart session.....(yes that was from memory ^o^) but your reasons are pretty good he is the sensible one.... compared to james and sirius.........

Wow! You are soo good! :) Lupin is so yummy! :) Sigh I wish I could draw like that, but my artwork sucks...

I worship your artwork too. Hope you don't mind me saying that. ^^;;

Oooh...sequential art grins The boys in house jumpers...I like it! I adored the Sirius one, and this one is just adorable. I don't know what you're on about with the head and the legs criticisms, though...He looks just lovely (and those shoes are so cool!) As always, I love his hair. Your curly haired Remus is just so...perfect S Another brilliant image, Meggie, can't wait for more!

What on earth are his hands doing there? yanks mind out of gutter sorry about that. It's lovely, but he's too sullen and unhappy looking. Love the faint moon in the background

::drool:: i absolutely loooooove remus (yes, i know the last name says black, that's cuz my character is his daughter but she doesn't know it 'til her fifth year cuz her mum had an affair w/ sirius cuz she had to marry some loozer muggle guy then her mum killed herself when sirius had to go to azkaban....) okay, i'm rambling, but remus looks hot in this pic & i like it!!!!! ::drool again:: bai!

Awww, can I give him a hug? Please? He looks so sad :(

He looks cute too. I love his hair. And his face. And his- EVERYTHING ^_~

Seriously, he's perfect! I love all your work. I envy you so much. I couldn't draw if my life depended on it.

I don't think he has a bid head. And his shoes are cool.

PEACE OUT! ~wendy Pritty-Kitty 4eva!

Me again! This is neat (Yes, I must say it again!) As soon as the stupid printer starts to work kicks printer I'm gonna print the Sirius one and this one ^.^ I enjoy your art so much, I'm gonna put it on my closet! Ok, I'm somewhat hyper now. Too much Caffine ^_^ And the music I'm listening to isn't helping! LOL! I have an odd collection of Marauder pics, so I'm gonna make a colage thingy. Yes, I'm that obsessed about The funky foursome ^.^ Well, actually the terrific trio, not counting Peter! Die, Peter, die! Ok, getting a little weird here :D toodles.

PEACE OUT! ~wendy Pritty-Kitty 4eva!

I really love this pic! Well, I love your version of Lupin anyway ^__^' I do not think the big head bothers at all, for in my opinion its not too big and even if, the whole impression of the pic covers this up. Please do more Remus-pics!

Oh my God! I love him! Soooo good! I think my character, Shennille, would go perfect with him (duh, of course i'd think that!) :) She's wild and mischevious and Remus seems calm and relatively quiet....PERFECT COUPLE!!! lol Sorry....anyways!!!! Love your pic Maggie, really captures him although I'm not sure about the Ravenclaw part...but oh well! Love your drawings!!!!!Baibai!!!!

Once again, Remus!!!! You just take my breath away with your pictures of him. Everything you do is awesome, but for some reason, Remus just jumps out at me. Maybe it's his eyes. He just... mmmm. He makes me go all jelly-legged.

whoosh as drawing uploads and knocks the air out of her like a punch in the stomach.

You are so--fantastic--with shading--Magsby. He does seem like Ravenclaw would suit him. Whoever said he looked like he was leaning forward and studying your soul captured things perfectly, too. This is my favorite picture of Lupin, anywhere.

still breathless

i noticed something...if u took the curls out of his hair and made his eyes a little darker and made him skinnier (not that he looks fat), he would look just like a guy from one of my many unfinished stories!!!!! great job!!!!!

Posted: Saturday, 25 January, 2003 @ 10:47 AM

OMG!!!...'tis the lovely Mr. Lupin...melts...he looks so adorable here!...wish I could just crawl on his lap and give him a hug! giggles...brilliant job...his head does NOT look to big...you are WAY to crtical of yourself...it looks fantastic!...the coloring, the pose...everything looks terrific!

I know this is a Fan-art but, just to let you know that all of the Marderurs are in gryffindor

Um, everyone... I think we've established that Remus was in Gryffindor already... sheesh. Besides, you're missing the artistry of the picture. This is really great, Maggy... he looks so sad and soulful.

I absolutely adore how you draw Remus. I feel like I do him no justice, but you capture his personality perfectly.
