Got this idea after seeing the Rodeo of the Ozark Parade. Saw the flag holders on horses like they have every year and thought if there was a Celix Productions flag holder... So then i made my pretty little sis, Cutesy into one. lol Anywho, been ages since ive drawn that old celix logo.
