Erf, you're probably going to hate me for all these crits. Anyhoo... before drawing anime study real people. Learn about the skeleton and muscles. Learn how material falls over it. If you want I can redline this for you. Just e-mail me at rabidsockpuppets@yahoo.ca if you want me to. :)
