You are flattering me, Lili. I can,t explain what happened with Purgatori. It was the first time I had ever used red for a human figure. And with Lady Death being white she is already pretty light. It was a challenge, but I was happy with the final version.

Wow. Again I am amazed that you did such a work in colored pencils. That's a great pose--did you have a reference material--I just ask because everything looks so perfect! Hmm. I'm not sure why, but this doesn't seem quite like the other pics of yours I saw--I think it's because the highlights look less realistic on the dark-haired woman--well, maybe not that so much as the white woman's skin is not quite so brightly highlighted, you know what I mean? Maybe not. Sometimes I have a hard time making sense. :) Anyways, I really like this piece. It's definetly very, very cool.
