This is a new-ish character. A twisted little idea in my brain of if CelixDog (me) could use the powers, which I talk about so much to people I know and myself, and turn into a kitty.... a FEMALE kitty? And well; That is where Cindy comes from. She is basicly a female kitty me, and you may say how disturbing or wierd it is for a guy to wanna have powers to be a girl furry irl alll you want. :0P

Love how this turned out and its the BEST of the ones I did draw over the week of Cindy. She looks all cute and innocent. hehe
