My Christmas present to my bosses - a picture of their beagle, Buster. Done with Prismacolor pencils. I've set it as "work in progress" for the moment as there are still some touchups I'd like to make since I still have to get it framed as well.

Wow. Excellent use of pencils! Very professional look. Nothing I can criticise at all! Nice rendering of puppy dog eyes
