This is a very nice picture - 'Tis a shame the recent images thumbnail doesn't display how nice it is at regular size.
Proportions and detail are very nice. Must've taken forever to do all his scales. o.o
The only thing I see that looks odd to me is the bottom of his wing that goes all the way down his forearm. Seems like that line should've ended a lot sooner, but might just be me.

The wing design is what I use on all of my taschevah and is a design I created a while ago. I generally don't use that design of the 'cape' on other dragon types but I felt that I should try it on this one. Of course it's all within personal opinion who likes what where, so ..heh.
Yeah it is a shame that the thumbnail is much smaller :/ It took about 4+ hours to draw and ink, so with my limited patience, yeah it took a while XD
