A character I made for this Rockman/Megaman fanfic/manga I've been trying to work on since about a year or two ago ^^; I just recently decided to start working on it again. Rifleman uses his left arm to snipe targets/ The cannon in his chest fires high calibur shells fed though a magazine on his back. And a grenade launcher is attached to his right arm.
