This is supposed to show the very nifty weather we had at New Year 2002, shortly before midnight. Snowy, SPARKLY clear sky and a TAD of mist.. Sadly, in the middle of drawing I lost the full-sized workfile, so a couple of houses and such are missing. (bangs head against the wall repeatedly)
