General Anatol Wessel by @Kooshmeister (Bill Hiers)

One of the generals who serves in Dark Kat's Dark Trooper army in a dark future (lotta darkness, in case ya didn't notice). Almost as tall as Dark Kat himself, the steely-eyed, rigid Anatol Wessel is a former Enforcer Officer until Dark Kat took over, and he joined the Dark Troopers.

His keen military mind allowed him to rise quickly through the ranks until he was personally appointed one of the four generals by Dark Kat himself. Although Wessel respects Major General Max, he is extremely ambitious and wouldn't mind having her job.
