Lizardman and Toadman
Lizardman and Toadman by @Kooshmeister (Bill Hiers)

I was reading The Island of Dr. Moreau and drew this. Go figure.

They're the creations of a mad scientist who is himself half slug, and yet to be drawn. Poor souls mutated into a goofy-looking lizardman and toadman by the scientist to be his mindless minions. The lizardman, despite being the sillier-looking of the two, has sharp claws, and the way his eyes function, he can see in two different directions at once, like a chameleon, while the toadman has a long, sticky tongue and can of course jump great distances. Both can crawl up walls and swallow people whole.

Their designs were inspired by the Chameleon from The Mighty Ducks and the Grundel from The Real Ghostbusters. The same artist designed both those characters, and he seems to enjoy bug-eyed reptilian characters and I do too! :)
