Jeez, already up to the ninth drawing in the ol’ sketchbook. Also the third one to involve a Sonic character.

This is Amy Rose, a female hedgehog who is known to have a crush on Sonic. Like the other two drawings I did of Sonic and Tails, her pose is based on one from a comic book cover. Archie’s Sonic the Hedgehog #240 to be precise. Again, it was used as a reference to hand-draw and not traced over.

I feel like I improved a little on this one compared to the last two. My only nitpick is that I think the right leg is a bit too wide. I also remember struggling where to start drawing the dress, which you might be able to tell. Aside from that, I do like how she turned out in the end.

First I was thinking ‘Ahh, the classic Half-Life 3 confirmed meme’, then I read the rest and saw the link. Of course, I watched the video, and . . .

Shit, Sonic and Co. really have went through a lot in their lives, haven’t they.

I can’t believe that song was actually performed by Crush 40! That just makes it even better! I loved the animation, the designs, and the references; and was surprised by how many character cameos there were. Especially some fan characters(the actually GOOD ones)!

Just, WOW! Thank you for linking that! It just made my day!

Aye, The Chalkeaters are already ace writers, but the fact they can get the original talent to pitch in for self-described "overproduced sheetpost" takes it to the next level. For God's sake, they even got GabeN!

Cute Amy Rose drawing, sweet how she is doing a heart shape with her hands. Once again awesome job capturing it! :)

Colored pencils or crayons? In my earlier artworks I used to do colored pencils, check out my gallery sometime to see.

I used colored pencils for all these sketches. Some of the colors I didn’t have at the time, so I had to improvise. For example, I used red very lightly to make the pink on Amy here.
