Loonatics Unleashed - Tech E. Coyote by @Weasel_Silver24 (Miss D. (Debra))

"Tech E. Coyote" from the TV show "Loonatics Unleashed" 2006-07, "Wile E. Coyote" is the ancestor of "Tech". Anyone remember that show? Last year, I did all six of the "Loonatics Unleashed" characters, but was unable to finished them until now. If "Tech" gets killed, he can "regenerate" himself back, in simpler words: he come back to life. He very brainy smart, always building gadgets for the "Loonatics Unleashed" team.
