The Steerminator by @Kooshmeister (Bill Hiers)

This is my third attempt at drawing Taurus Bulba as "the Steerminator", and I must say I'm pretty pleased with the results. For those who don't know, after Bulba was "killed" at the end of the two-part pilot of Darkwing Duck, his body was recovered by F.O.W.L. They rebuilt him into a killer cyborg bull, shown here. :)

Hm! I remember that character, but not in that get-up.... I really like Darkwing Duck, he`s always funny! Good job! ^__~
