@Thorvald: It’s surprising just how hard shoes can be to draw, let alone feet. Whenever I design characters, I always dread the part where I have to work on the footwear.
Sketchbook Tails by @Agondray
Another drawing from my old sketchbook.
I already did Sonic himself, so now here is his best bud Miles Prower, AKA Tails the Fox. This drawing is based on another comic cover with Tails in the same pose, this one being Archie’s Sonic the Hedgehog #241. One of the covers anyway, as this issue had at least one other variant. Just like the last one, I used the cover as reference. I did not trace it.
I have similar feelings with this drawing as I did with my one on Sonic. It looks alright, but I can’t help but feel I did something wrong with the left foot. Also, I don’t know what I was thinking with those lines around his eyes. Other than those nitpicks, I think it looks good in my opinion.
