Roddy has somehow grown to gigantic size, and this doesn't bode well! After demolishing Acme Loo, the huge rat boy, drunk with the power that comes with being so enormous, turns his attention to Acme Acres itself, and unleashes his adolescent fury upon its hapless citizens.
