This is a wyvern and it's egg. The wings are wierd, but oh well. There are a couple more stages of this creature on another page.

the horns on the head are see-through, because there's two versions. Females have 2 less-curved side horns, while the males have 2 more-curled side horns and a center horn, for a total of three horns
