Rodentday - Flying Squirrel
Rodentday - Flying Squirrel by @Roadstripe (CyberCorn Entropic)

A 20-something young flying squirrel, Randa Cloudgreen is often still fascinated she glows pink in the right light.

Fun fact: The flying squirrels of North America were the first mammals discovered to fluoresce in UV. Since then, several other nocturnal mammals have been found to have a similar trait.

Another fun fact: My mouse character Cynthia Boggs was originally meant to glow in the dark, but it never worked for her. I ultimately abandoned that idea for her when I learned about flying squirrel fluorescence.
