SU Fanchars: Harmony 'n Melody by @VioletWhirlwind (Violet Whirlwind)

I drew this within 2 days! 2 DAYS! That's pretty fast for me. Their bodies are in strange positions, and there's other bothersome things, i know, but...:shrug:

For a pending SU future fanfic I have delusions of granduer of writing. Manic's two future daughters. These two carry on the twinning gene that the SU hedgies family seems to have going. (What with the orriginal three being triplets and all...)

Reni will be in this story as well, but I've already drawn a ref of her...(She evenually has her own triplets as some of you may know, though not necessarily in this pending fic) Anyway...onward...

As I said, these two are Manic's daughters, and the youngest of my four SU fanchars. Who is their mother? Well...I'm not about to spoil that just yet. :P Suffice it to say, she didn't stick around after they were born, leaving Daddy (and sometimes Aunt and Uncle :P) to care for the kids.

Harmony seems to be taller than her sister, though they ARE still twins. They are actually (or WERE at birth) conjoined twins. Their hips were fused togeather, but the doctors were able to separate them without much trouble. (or something like that) Hence the scars on thier hips Those patches around the scars....since they are each the opposite in color scheme (Har= mostly yellow, Mel= mostly green), I had to find SOME way that the color would have carried over to the other at the join point. I may reconfigure the patches at some future time, but this is how they are now.

I tried a different quill style on these two than I am used to. (Was their mother an echidna? No...the quills are not MEANT to look like dreads...even though they DO, sorta. :shrug:)

Harmony's instrument/weapon is a tamberine (see details on pic), and Melody's is a flute (see pic once again)

Harmony looks devious, while Melody looks innocent, right? Well...appearances can be decieving. Har is really the honest one, While Mel seems to have learned kleptomania from her father. (though he didn't TRY to teach her that) :P Often Harmony is heard scolding her sister for swiping things. :P
