v5.9 is live!

v5.9 is a moderate update. This update brings to the site search results for Serials; the ability to refresh thumbnails for content if the thumbnails become corrupted; and a couple of bug fixes. Users should find that Unicode/UTF-8 characters are now saved to the database properly, and display properly. This might have the side effect of helping with literature uploads and smart punctuation.
