v5.11.2 is live!

5.11.2 fixes a major issue in many areas of the site: multi-byte characters. Multi-byte characters include Unicode characters and things like emojis. These are now handled properly in the forums, in content descriptions, and in character descriptions. Other areas of the site will be updated over time.

This update also enables literature uploads that contain multi-byte characters to be parsed correctly, and display correctly.
