Holy ----! This took me two days to do. One to draw, redraw, and reredraw. And about two hours to color in Adobe Photoshop 7. I only used two brush sets, and that made it a tiny bit easier.

Resources: Clouds/Bubbles brush by: Jenn'Sanity. Dragon Tutorial by: neondragon - Awesome book, it was worth the money.
