Bag End by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)
"In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort."
Bag End is the only hobbit hole on the Hobbiton set that technically has a furnished interior—but all that means is the inside frame is shaped and painted so that cameras aren't filming bland wood. The actual interior shots were done in-studio.
The set team had some difficulty with the tree on top, as attempts to transplant a living tree failed and in the end they had to manufacture fake leaves. The tour guide said if you find some on the ground, please, take them home.
