Hobbit hole 13
Hobbit hole 13 by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

Hobbit dwelling, Hobbiton movie set, Waikato, New Zealand. Most of the hobbit holes are merely façades, and while some can be entered, the interior is only a small wood frame to let the crew work behind the door.

I'm kind of curious how well hobbit doors hold onto their hinges since they must be at a single edge point of the circle, that must be weaker in physics. It can't hold up to storms too well, right?

@Inafox: The irony, of course, is a storm interrupted the set's dismantling and a local campaign resolved to rebuild it with better permanence. :p I know we peeked our heads in but I don't recall offhand how strong the joints are; I don't think the doors actually latch.
