Up Yours (in Color)
Up Yours (in Color) by @Windresss (Lacy Cotton)

Once again I found myself too impatient to work with the piece on paper before coloring it. I tweaked it digitally, then colored it in Photoshop. One of my more successful efforts, I think. I was calling her Kiden, but when I was coloring the hair I made a concious decision and now she's Calliope, my RPG character from #Notes_from_the_Underground, an online TMNT channel I co-run. It may be a ninja turtle universe, but Callie is suprisingly normal. She's one of the few humans... and yes, she's a complete punk.

Thank you! I just played around with stuff until I got what I liked. ^_^ Sounds very scientific, huh?

I also decided to make her my Background image for my LiveJournal, which can be found at: http//www.livejournal.com/users/punk_pony

check it out!

I like the NYX comic, too. Great reproduction of Kiden in the schoolyard.
