Yet another Tumblr-based idea! = D

Greg kinda' sorta' resurrected the old PortraitDex idea. This would be my little entry for it.

I originally had a set of attacks for each evo - the basics you could expect if you found it in the wild - but I ditched them because that ate up a little too much space.
