Ugly? o.O Hardly. Her eyes are so beautiful and long, I really like tthat. It fits in her expression so well. I also adore her dark skin--it's so beautiful! The anatomy around her neck is nicely done, as well as the shape of her face, but the torso is slightly long and straight. When drawing females, avoid straight lines--they're mostly curves, even if they are tall, as this character appears to be. Her arm is also a little thin and just slightly misplaced on the shoulder. I am extremely impressed with her shoes. They look GREAT. Your coloring is very nice--the highlights are well done.. I really like her skirt--it seems almost like it can glow in the dark. Her cape is very pretty as well. Suits her pose so well! Anyways keep going--you are really showing lots of talent.
