I never do Anime Fan Art unless the situation warrents it. Now having said that, I FINALLY picked up one the the greatest classic anime action/thrillers of all time on DVD, WICKED CITY. Man this movie is GREAT! It has some of the most beautfiul and downright cool/creepy images you'll find anywhere. It's good stuff, but be warned that it aint for you minors. So don't be tryin to watch it! Watch, um, I don't know, Dragon Balls or something.... yeah, enjoy the art.

This is very good! The lighting and shading are done spectacularly, and the angle just adds to the motion of the picture. The muted colors tone it down a bit, but it's still so active! This is great.

I haven't seen the movie, but this picture is so...sob... beautiful...

I actually have seen this movie. Deffinately deffinately not for minors. Unfortunately, the person who sent me the movie said 'nothing graphic', by which I thought she meant "implied sex, nudity, and non-extreme violence". I suppose by "nothing graphic" she meant, "well, they don't do close-ups of body parts and you won't throw up at the gore..." @_@

Sorry, that's not a comment on the image. I was just rambling about the movie. I liked the end. :)

I love the pose (foreshortening = yay!) and the lighting (the only way you could have added one more of my very favorite colors would be to throw in green somehow. Black, white, blue and silver are just such awesome colors. I love schemes like that.)

.. Rambling when I should be sleeping. Sleeping now.
