I really like your style, you can tell its self taught. The lines are very clean (unlike mine!!) and I love the fur on the unicorns legs and the end of the tail.

About my art

All my drawings started out being hand drawn by me with a .05mm drafting pencil. Because I never color my original drawings, once I am happy with it, I then make a photo copy . I then color this copy, by hand, using colored pencils. I then ink it in, by hand, using a 01 (.25mm)drafting pencil with archival ink. This is then My original color drawing. It is all hand made, by me, without using computer enhancements. Every line, every curve is done by hand, by me.

Cute concept and execution. The unicorn is nicely drawn and the way it's looking at the butterfly really sends the message of the picture. Some minor critiques, its upper front legs are a little big, the ears seem more more like fox or wolf ears than horse ears, and the mound of dirt it's standing on seems a little out of place, though that's probably more of a personal preference. The flowers and blades of grass around the dirt are nicely drawn and I like the simple style of the tree, like a classic Medieval tapestry. Nice work.

This drawing started out as a simple doodle. I hadn't thought to ever finish it. But my wife liked it so much that I decided to finish it. I had drawn the back legs to high in the air. So I added a mound of dirt for him to stand on. (:)) As far as the legs and the ears, I'm still working on the horse like body structure. Haven't quite got it down yet. Thanks for the wonderful Critique. That's what I joined for. (:))

This is very nice, as said before, your lines are excellent and very clean, the colours are lovely, and they suit the character well, I really like your art, keep at it!

Sorry for the delay, my internet connection was down. Thank you very much for the compliment. I try to keep the lines clean. It is done, as I said, with a 01 (.25mm) drafting pen with archival ink and a steady hand. (:))
