This is excellent! I've never been great at landscape art, especially not with pastels, of all media. This image in particular is reminiscent of the watercolour Dalmatian landscapes I used to enjoy painting- Adriatic and Mediterranean open airs are usually beautiful. =)

It's just too bad that it isn't quite so lovely where I live. How long did this take to draw, and what type of paper is it on?

Thank you very much, I'm pleased you like my artwork. Yeah, i'm lucky and i can count on warm weather as well as beautiful landscapes, so open air painting is a pleasure :) This one took me about 3 hrs and it is done on 200gr/cm2 white rough drawing paper with crayons Conte. (note: have some water or paper towels handy, since they are soooo messy).
