Yellow Haired Japanese Girl
Yellow Haired Japanese Girl by @Lys (Lys Blakeslee)

(Thank Marla for that ... truly inspired title) Based off a photo (http://photojpn.org/elina/elina1.html), this was another for my art project. For this one, I used prismacolo[u]r pencils ... yup. I believe I'm getting better ^ˆ^; Bright colours are so much fun! by the by, the building she's standing in front of is Tokyo's Institute of Astronomy.
