Studying Photographs II by @Kaine (Tyco Kaine)

Another doodle of Keira looking through photographs.... this time in high contrast style... going for the dark and moody look rather than the light and airy look...

This is only a doodle? It's wonderful. The heavy contrast does give it a heavier darker mood as well as makes it a very interesting picture to look at.

What a neat idea .. and a beautiful turnout all around. Is this freehand? I really have no complaints with this at all .. I think it's perfect .. except maybe i would have put the negative space from the bottom to the top .. but perhaps you had a reason for that?

It's freehand ink over a pencil sketch... I get it right with pencil then blunder in with the ink and mess it up a bit Grins

I put the block of black at the bottom to suggest that she's sitting up on the side of the desk (rather than on the floor) I guess I could cheat and add a little more black at the top too using an image editor... she is a bit close to the top... ;]

thanks for looking and for the kind comments,
