From the thumbnail I didn't think this was a skull but rather the planet earth, heh.

Nice detail work on the wood, but the perspective confuses me a bit, it's hard to tell if the crossbar is leaning toward me or away from me, and I think it pulls attention from the piece as a whole.

Otherwise, nice use of color. The anatomy's a bit wierd, but hey, that's par for the course.

The bright colors, intricacy of lines, and rampant symbolism make me think this would make a really good tattoo design. I also like how the eyes are still in there, looking miffed. ^^;
