Finally got Demoman done, and in the end I went with DemoLlama, while Demo Batpony probably would have worked better, I was having difficulty with the design so I went back to DemoLlama that I hope looks more like a Llama than a sheep....he probably wouldn't like people calling him a sheep.

So yeah DemoLlama inspired by Paprika from the game 'Them Fightin Herds' I don't know what it was about watching Paprika fight that made think 'Why not make Demoman into a Llama?" it just sort popped into my head and didn't want to leave, so I hope that's okay with some people.
