This is Raine. A character I came up with...more like modeled after myself. She has been chased up Tugs the rope (maybe an explanation later) by Im guessing a crocodile monitor. I didnt want to go into detail as to what kind it was so I just colored it some weird black...color...thing. Looks more like a croc monitor in my opinion...crossed with a nile...
