The gender fluid villain
The gender fluid villain by @Trezce (Lev)

Just comparing the same character side by side. Here is the main antagonist of my webcomic Espero. This story already has two versions and I decided to make a third one, that is just different in its begining, which I decided to post here just for fun, haha. The change is: what if the main antagonist was a woman? The character, who is not a human, is gender fluid, so he/she can change genders at will. In one version, he makes the transformation into female after presenting as a male, in the other he remains as a man and in the one I'm posting here she stays as a woman.

One thing that stays the same is his/her personality, motivations and actions, they are the way they are no matter how the looks.
