This is absolutely gorgeous. You have an excellent use of color and perspective, and I know this comment is really gimp, but I just had to say, "Wow."

Back in 2007 I spent ten days in France, including a trip to the southern coast. It was my first up-close experience with Mediterranean architecture; with all the red tiles in Nîmes, it was startlingly easy to pretend I'd wandered right back into the Roman days, never mind the actual ruins. :p
