Back in December I stumbled on Hero Forge, which seems to be the best-quality and fullest-featured custom miniature maker on the Web. How I found it is lost to memory, but I had so much fun with it that I bit the bullet and registered an account, as it lets you save mockups for free.

Perhaps not an especially original design, one thing that's always bugged me about conventional depictions of Anubite warriors is that they're smoother than Dobermans. Jackals are fluffy, dammit!

~~While there isn't currently an accurate shield design for ancient Egypt, I suppose a coffin-lid is apropos. :B~~ UPDATE 20-8-23: Updated shield with new model.
