I think it's an interesting take on the quote. the blood tears in particular are not something that's often associated with that--generally, that quote is uttered with a kind of bland acceptance. This shows a lot more of the pain of losing someone you've loved, and while it is not executed as neatly as your more recent drawings, I still think it has a lot of feeling behind it. I also like the flowers--they're cute!
